So far behind...........
First, we had a great Christmas. This was Ellison's first Christmas and she was such a blast to spend it with. It is funny how children make everything so much more fun. I can't remember what it was like when she wasn't around! What did we do for entertainment??
Ellison playing with her new tea set!
Next came Ellison's FIRST BIRTHDAY! I can't believe she is already 1 year old. It seems like just yesterday I was driving as fast as I could to get to Knoxville before she arrived. That was the fastest trip I have ever made and will never forget it. I think about it every time I drive up now. How many cm was Kriston when I was here on the interstate? What was going on when I was at mile marker 286? I can remember certain songs that were playing when I was driving like crazy.
I took a trip to Knoxville for Ellison's birthday even though I was 35 weeks pregnant with Walker. I wouldn't have missed her birthday for anything in the world. She is such a blessing and I love that little girl so much! Her birthday was a blast and I am glad I was able to make the trip with no complications or scares of labor.
The adorable BIRTHDAY GIRL!
Next the girls from work threw my a baby shower. It took place at Whitney Tolbert's and everything was great! We really enjoyed it and had a great time. Walker and I received lots of great gifts. Next, we are planning a Baby Shower for Whitney Tolbert!! Can't wait to find out if its a boy or girl!!! Only a few more weeks or sooner hopefully!!

Walker Update
He currently weighs 3 lbs. 15 oz. Which is about a week and a half ahead of what he should be, however, they are not worried at all. They said he is just going to be a healthy boy! We are very glad to hear this!

Is it really December already?
Sorry it has been a little while since I posted anything. The past few weeks have been very busy. We had a great Thanksgiving day. We started out with lunch at my Aunt Dawn and Pat's house. The food was great and we really enjoyed the time spent with them. Next, we headed home to have some family and a few friends at our house for Thanksgiving dinner. This was my first attempt at Thanksgiving dinner. With the help of my mom walking me through (over the phone) how to make dressing, it turned out horrible. Everything except the dressing was good. I don't know what I did wrong, but the I put too much of something in the dressing. Needless to say, we threw it all away!
The next day, we headed out for a little shopping. Not at the crack of dawn, around lunch time. We didn't get much except for a few little things. Then we headed back home to get out the Christmas decorations. After I had a minor meltdown about some of our decorations, we headed back out to get new ones. We got a new tree and tree skirt and by now it was too late to continue with the decorating so we relaxed and went to bed and finished the decorations the next day!
A little update on Walker! Today we are 30 weeks pregnant! Wow! I can't believe this is all going by so fast! Walker has been measuring 3 weeks ahead of what he should be at this point in weight! Today, we have a doctors appt. and they are going to do an ultrasound to get another weight on him and see where is falls this week! I will keep everyone updated after the appt. He moves all the time and it just makes me smiles everytime I feel him move. I love to lay on the couch and watch his movements on my stomach. I can definately tell he is getting bigger in there. His movements are getting bigger and the places I feel him move are much more spread out!
Hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season!

He finally has a name!!
Brent and I have finally decided on a name. Our first son is going to be named ...

It was such a hard decision and we wanted to make sure we picked just the right name. I am so glad I can finally call him by his name instead of Baby D. It kind of makes it feel even more real.

26 weeks today
Today is our 26 week mark. It is crazy how time flies. I really can't believe we have been pregnant this long already. It will only be a matter of time before he gets here. I know time is going to fly with the holidays just around the corner too! Brent and I are so excited and can't wait to see what our son is going to look like and what kind of personality he is going to have!!
Just a few things to share..........
Brent's favorite new things to ask is "What is my little boy doing today?" or "Is my little man awake yet?"
Brent SURPRISED me last week and ordered his furniture. I can't wait for it to come in so I can start decorating his room.
My sister is coming in December and going to help me get his room just right!
Our next doctors appt is Nov. 12th. Until more exciting news............
