I am just about done so maybe by this weekend I can have some posted. We have just been so busy and it is taking much longer to get all of our stuff put in it's place this time. I did not realize the amount of stuff we had accumulated since we moved from our apartment. Hope everyone having a great week!

Aunt Whitney and Uncle Brent

Ellison Reese Wilson January 7, 2009 at 3:13pm Weight: 6lbs. 6oz We are very proud to announce the birth of Ellison Reese Wilson! She suprised us all on January 7, 2009 at 3:13pm, weighing in at 6lbs. 6oz. Kriston was going to be induced on Thursday, January 8, however, Ellison decided she liked the 7th better. I just happened to be on my way to Knoxville already when Kriston called and said, "I think I am in labor." Needless to say, nothing could get in my way on the highway. I put the pedal to the metal immediately and got there in 4 hours and 30 minutes. Record time! I was the first one to arrive at the hopsital. I even beat all the family members who live in Knoxville! I was glad to be there and Ellison must have known because about 1 and 1/2 hours later she decided to come. Kriston, Jason and Ellison came home from the hospital on Friday. I guess I am going to leave and head back to Memphis on Sunday! I really an going to have a hard time, however, the Wilson family needs some bonding time alone.

Christmas is over! Bring on 2009!

Well, as blessed as Brent and I are we have finally completed all the christmas festivites. We had 4 places to be on Christmas Day not including the 3 we did before Christmas Day! It is always so busy for us during the holiday season! I was so ready to get my house back to normal that the day after Christmas I got lack of work and had all my christmas decorations down and back in the attic by 9am. Our most favorite present has to be the vacuum my mom gave us. We got a Bissell pet hair eraser and it really works. I think between Brent and I we have vacuumed everyday since Christmas Day night.

Now we are excited about 2009. We are getting married sometime next year and Ellison is going to come also. We have all been expecting anyday now. She is going to have to come out eventually. I guess she will do so on her own time when she ready. Even though we have been ready for her for a long time now.

Brent and I are on vacation until January 5th. We have never had a vacation together where we did not go anywhere. So far, we are really enjoying all the time we have gotten to spend together.

Happy New Year to everyone!

Christmas has started!

This past weekend Brent and I traveled to his Dad's in Nashville to celebrate Christmas! We had such a great time! Before we left on Sunday we decided it would be the perfect time to meet Jason, Kriston and Ellison in Nashville and give them all their Christmas presents from the family in Memphis. (I could not afford to ship all the presents I had bought for Ellison.) So we enjoyed Christmas in the Panera Bread parking lot. What memories! We are hoping this will not become a tradition! Ha Ha!

I really enjoyed getting to see them! We don't get to see each other enough! Kriston is looking great! She is all baby! I enjoyed giving her some of Ellison presents and made her open some of them right away! My most favorite was a Build-a-Bear I made made for her. It was a really cute, soft monkey with a pink t-shirt on it. I had a recordable sound device placed in it and recorded my voice in the monkey. It says, "Ellison, Aunt Whitney Loves You!" I just loved it! I want to make sure she knows my voice since I can't be there with her all the time. I can't wait for the call that I have drop everything I am doing and head to Knoxville. I keep having dreams that I am going to miss it! I would be devistated! I already have my bags packed and ready to go! I think I might drive with my flashers on the whole way there!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season! Merry Christmas!

Christmas Cards!!

OK, we finally got our Christmas card picture taken. It was not any east task. We had to set the timer on the camera and then run to sit in the just the right spot. At first, we attempted with Sarge, but he just wouldn't cooperate. After about an hour we got just the perfect picture! I printed the cards and envelopes and hope to have then mailed out by Monday! One less thing on the list to complete! These days the list is pretty long! Next, is wrapping all the Christmas presents and cleaning out my closet! Sounds like such FUN!

We are awaiting the arrival of Ellison still! She needs to stay about 3 more weeks and then she can grace us with her presence. She is going to have the best Christmas ever and she is not even here yet! Everywhere I go I have to buy Ellison something. I just can't resist! I have been riding around with one of her presents in the back seat of my car for a week now! I need to get it out and wrap it before she gets here.

No new wedding plans yet! We are at least going to get through the holidays before we try to plan anything! We just have too much going on right now and don't need to add any stress to our lives. We will let Ellison get here and spend some time with her and then think about ourselves. Until more exciting news....................
