Walker is 4 months old!!

Our little man is 4 months old today! I can't believe time is flying this fast!! He is such a blessing to us and we enjoy every minute we have with him. Brent and I really look forward to the weekends because we get to do things as a family. I could not be any happier with my life right now! I love my sweet family more and more everyday.

We had Walker's 4 month check up on Wednesday.

Walker's Stats:

12lbs. 11oz. (10%)

25 inches long (25%)

Walker has overcome several milestones in the last month also. He learned how to roll over from the tummy to this back. He can hold his head up for a good amount of time now and loves to do his little push ups on his tummy. He is really close to rolling over from his back to his tummy. I think in just a few days he will have than down pat. He also was able to try rice cereal for the first time from a spoon. At first, he hated it! I mean it was like we were torturing him. I told him if he hated it that bad, he didn't have to eat it. At our 4 month check up I told his Dr. about it and we got the OK to try baby food!! We are going to start that this weekend. Last night I though I would just try one more time and see if he would eat it. He did and even seemed liked he liked it!!

Our FIRST try with cereal from a spoon!

Now, I think he might like it!!

Brent's birthday and FIRST Father's day are also coming up! He is such a wonderful husband and Daddy! I hope to make both of these events very special for him!

We are also taking another road trip! We are going to see Aunt Kriston, Uncle Jason and Cousin Elli Ree very soon! We are so excited and can't wait to see them.

My goodness! He REALLY didn't like the idea of eating from a spoon, did he? I must admit though, I laughed when I saw the pic! Wait until he starts throwing his food!

Too cute! Grant hated it at first too, but I think it was just because he didn't know what to do with the spoon. I also started mixing it with applesauce, and then he really liked it! Baby food is so much more fun though!
